Phnom Penh, November 25th, 2024 – RMA Cambodia has singed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bendigo Kangan Institute (BKI) Group of Australia to promote lifelong learning pathways in the automotive sector and beyond throughout Southeast Asia. The signing ceremony was presided over by Ngorn Saing, CEO of RMA Cambodia, and Sally Curtain, CEO of BKI Group, with attendance from senior management of both organizations.
Under the collaboration between RMA Cambodia and BKI Group, in partnership with the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, RMA Cambodia will establish the RMA Academy and the Automotive Centre of Excellence in Cambodia (ACEC). This collaboration will provide an opportunity to enhance the skills and ambitions of Cambodia’s young people. Together, we aim to empower the country’s future automotive workforce, equipping them with the expertise needed to support their communities and contribute to Cambodia’s growth. As part of this initiative, the partnership will offer world-class training and education built on Bendigo
Kangan Institute’s established model of success in Australia and India.
Students trained at the ACEC in Cambodia will gain advanced technical skills and knowledge based on the latest international technologies. Graduates from the center will be well-equipped with the competencies and
expertise needed to meet the demands of both domestic and international job market.
