Kevin Whitcraft is a prominent figure in Southeast Asia’s automotive, equipment, and distribution sectors. In the early 1990s, he spearheaded RMA Group’s expansion into Cambodia, transforming it into the country’s largest automotive, agricultural, and industrial equipment distribution, sales, and service provider.

During the 2000s, under his leadership, RMA experienced rapid growth in vehicle modification, parts distribution, and fleet operations. The company emerged as a top supplier to the US Army’s TACOM, delivering over 43,000 modified vehicles to the Afghan National Security Forces.

Kevin expanded RMA’s manufacturing footprint to Turkey, Indonesia, Myanmar, South Africa, Australia, and Dubai. RMA has delivered more than 700,000 vehicles globally, fulfilling long-term contracts with the United Nations, NGOs, and governments.

He played a pivotal role in diversifying RMA’s portfolio to include engineering operations (Comin Asia), heavy and agricultural equipment distribution, franchising of international food brands, and financial services (Bank South Pacific and DEVCO).

Kevin is a graduate of the American University in Washington and Harvard Business School.

Australian national Brennan Coleman joined RMA in April 2014 as General Counsel. Graduating with distinction from the College of Law, New South Wales, Brennan practiced corporate law in Australia, UK, Cambodia and Laos with a number of reputable legal firms. Prior to joining, he was the Managing Director of the DFDL Legal & Tax Group based in Laos.

Christian Wiedmann is Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Automotive. He oversees all automotive-related activities and supports the overall management of the Group. Christian is an automotive and finance professional with a background at AIG Private Banking and PwC in Switzerland. He joined the BMW Group in Germany in 2001, where he held various senior management roles, including COO, CFO, and CEO of BMW legal entities in Germany, Japan, Austria, Greece, South Korea, Australia, and Thailand. 

He holds an MBA from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.

Chris Manley is the CEO of Global Fleet Sales based in the United States. With a strong background in operations management, Chris has consistently delivered exceptional value to shareholders, partners, and customers, drawing on his extensive leadership experience.

Before his appointment as CEO, Chris served as RMA Group’s Chief Operating Officer in Thailand. In this role, he oversaw RMA’s country operations in Asia, managed RMA Group purchasing, logistics, and trading, and led relationship management with key OEM partners such as Ford, JLR, Mahindra, and John Deere.

Chris’s journey with RMA began in 2009 as the Head of Business Development in Bangkok. He then assumed the role of country manager for RMA Lao in 2011 before moving to Myanmar in 2015, where he served as the country manager for RMA Myanmar and managing director of Capital Automotive, retail distributors for Ford, JLR, and John Deere.

Throughout his career, Chris has held various operational and management roles at Accenture, Johnson & Johnson, and DFDL. He holds an engineering undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University, and he earned his MBA and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of North Carolina.

Harjeet Drubra is the CFO of RMA Group and provides comprehensive support to the group’s multitude of diverse companies and business units. He has extensive multinational business experience ranging from technical accounting to investor relations, mergers & acquisitions, and strategy, through to business start-up, performance turn-around, and joint venture management.

He spent two decades of his career in various roles with Tesco Group, in the UK, India, Hong Kong, Japan, and Thailand. Harjeet was most recently the CFO at the Bangkok-based OCS Group before joining RMA Group in 2020.

Ivan Keogh has been the CEO of Comin Asia since 2022. He hails from Ireland and holds a BE (Civil) from University College Dublin. Spending the last 24 years in Asia and the Middle East, Ivan most recently worked for one of the world’s leading engineering, design, and architectural consultancies, Ove Arup & Partners, based in Vietnam, heading its infrastructure practice for East Asia. 

Before his stint at Ove Arup, he was executive director with Arcadis Asia, SVP & managing director for Asia Operations at Louis Berger, regional manager of India & Bhutan at SMEC International, and held several roles at the global engineering consultancy Royal Haskoning.

Ivan is based in Cambodia at the Comin Asia head office in Phnom Penh.

Michael Chick joined EFG on August 1st 2024, having moved from Domino’s Pizza, where he was the CEO for the combined Singapore and Cambodia businesses, a position that he has held since 2020. From 2017-2019 he was the General Manger for The Coffee Club International based in Singapore and was instrumental in bringing the brand to EFG. Prior to this, he has worked with the Minor Group since 2008, launching The Coffee Club into Asia and the Middle East both as franchisor and franchisee based in Thailand and Abu Dhabi.

Michael is Australian and a graduate of Griffith University. He is based at the RMA Group Head Office in Bangkok.

Ngorn Saing has served as CEO of RMA Cambodia since 2014. Saing joined RMA Cambodia as an intern in 1996 and progressed rapidly through the organization thereafter, holding senior positions in accounting and finance. In 2007, he was appointed deputy country manager and CFO of RMA Cambodia, where he was instrumental in diversifying RMA Cambodia beyond being primarily an Automotive and Power Generation-focused business.

Saing is a graduate of the Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh, with a degree in economics and an MBA in international business, from the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand. He was also the first Cambodian national to attend Harvard Business School’s General Management Program.

Peter Lawson is responsible for global technical operations and overall Profit and loss for RMA Automotive Australia.

Peter started at RMA in 2014 as country general manager of South Africa. With 35 years of automotive industry experience under his belt, he is well-versed in managing large plants, manufacturing engineering, production, and program launches.

He has worked at the Ford Motor Company where he served as the Vice President Manufacturing and Operations in several countries of its lean manufacturing system (Ford Production System). He has a proven track record of delivering transformational change, leading to major quality and cost improvement.

Stuart joined RMA Group in 2013, bringing along a wealth of experience in human resources. Previously, he spent the majority of his career with Ford Motor Company and has undertaken assignments and postings in the US, UK, Germany, China, India, and Southeast Asia. 

Originally from the UK, Stuart is a graduate of the University of Wales, Swansea (now Swansea University) and the H.R. Institute of Personnel and Development Management at The University of Glamorgan.
