RMA Group started as a leading automotive distributor, expanding into vehicle modifications, fleet sales, and services.

It then added agricultural and heavy equipment distribution to its portfolio. As the company grew across Southeast Asia, RMA diversified into food franchising, specialized products, engineering services, and vehicle and equipment rental, supported by robust service networks and infrastructure.

The Whitcraft family established the RMA Group.

RMA Cambodia was established. RMA Cambodia was formed providing vital resources for rebuilding of the country in the infrastructure, energy, and logistics sectors.

RMA opens the first Ford dealership in Cambodia as a Ford distributor supplying Ford Ranger built in Thailand.

Global Fleet Sales is formed as a global sales and fleet management company.

RMA Cambodia becomes the authorized distributor for John Deere in Cambodia.

Express Food Group (EFG) is established in Cambodia and launches The Pizza Company.

RMA Group acquires mechanical and electrical systems engineering company Comin Asia.

Guava is acquired to handle the distribution, sales and after-sales support for JLR in over 60 countries.

RMA Myanmar opens and Capital Automotive – an RMA joint venture begins distribution of Ford and JLR in Myanmar.

RMA Indonesia is appointed by Ford to handle the distribution of Ford Parts and Service in Indonesia.
