Tonle Finance, formerly BSP Finance, announced our rebrand on Tuesday 17 March 2026 following the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake by RMA Group from Bank of South Pacific. The announcement ceremony was attended by our Chairman and RMA Group CEO Mr Kevin Whitcraft, Tonle Finance Managing Director Mr Andy Roberts, Board member and RMA Cambodia CEO Mr Saing Ngorn, management from RMA Group and RMA Cambodia, and all the Tonle Finance team.

Our new name, Tonle Finance, is inspired by Cambodia’s great rivers — especially the Tonle Sap, which flows through the heart of our country and changes direction twice each year. This unique river supports millions of people, providing food, income, and opportunity for communities across Cambodia.
