(J)	For the purposes of compliance with our policies on remediation, disciplinary action, grievances, and dismissal, such as: Conducting fair disciplinary, grievance and dismissal processes; Monitoring compliance with our policies; Investigating policy non-compliance, incidents, issues, disciplinary actions and grievances; Managing remediation of non-compliance with policies.
